"As much as Margaret made the search, offer, and closing process seamless, the best part was that we felt as if we were working with a long-time friend. The personal touch with all our interactions made us feel like we were her only clients, and we had complete faith in her throughout the process. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a real estate professional to represent them reach out to Margaret first!

Kensington is an idyllic, small community located in the Berkeley Hills in the East Bay. It is known as one of the best places to live in California. Kensington is an unincorporated community, and is served by the West Contra Costa school district. It is incredibly charming, due in large part to its gorgeous homes, well-maintained parks, and small town vibe. Kensington has two small centers of commerce -- the Colusa circle and the Arlington shops. Here you can frequent some Mom and Pop shops that have long been mainstays of the area. It is also close to the beautiful Tilden Park. Kensington's convenient location in the Bay Area makes it an ideal place to live.

Albany prides itself on being a safe, community-oriented city, with strong services and programs for youth, families and the elderly. It is a city made up largely of single-family homes and small businesses.  Albany's small town character is exemplified by its main street, Solano Avenue, a pedestrian friendly business district composed primarily of small businesses, and home to some of the Bay area's best restaurants!
