Margaret Ann Thomas is a skilled Realtor ® who offers the full spectrum of real estate services to home buyers & sellers throughout the East Bay. Margaret is dedicated to offering her clients a sophisticated, polished, and professional experience from beginning to end. As a top-producing realtor, she has truly found her calling in navigating the exciting & challenging Bay Area market in order to ensure real estate successes for all her clients.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Margaret earned her BA in political science at The George Washington University before relocating to New York City, where she lived for 12 years. There, she worked in the highly competitive advertising industry, where she oversaw and managed campaign production roll-outs for such clients as Tommy Hilfiger, Rado Watches, Mont Blanc, and Geox footwear, among many others. With her experiences, Margaret comes built in with a keen sense of design, as well as sharp marketing & negotiation skills.
In 2007, Margaret sold most of what she owned, bought a car, tent, and a National Parks pass, and spent the next five months sleeping under the stars. Her travels took her south to Mexico for six months and then to Central and South America for over a year. It was on this trip she met her now-husband -- It was also on this trip that Margaret realized that her true passion is found in helping others. They moved to the Bay Area in 2013, and Margaret’s real estate journey began shortly thereafter.
Margaret offers her clients an impressive combination of professionalism, determined follow-through, and a vast knowledge of the East Bay Real Estate Market. She truly adores working with others to achieve their goals & dreams – whether it be buying your first home, looking for a change of scenery, or moving on to a new stage in your life, Margaret is ready and eager to help you every step of the way. Margaret currently resides in the East Bay with her husband, Jerry, and her daughter Elenice. In addition to laughing & dancing with her daughter, Margaret’s favorite things include downhill skiing, scuba diving, snuggling her two big slobbery dogs, and watching old Ginger Rogers movies.
